Christmas is definitely the time of year for feel-good, emotional, family films.
I’m not one for traditional christmas films really but anything cute, fluffy or somewhat emotional, it’s getting watched throughout the festive period.
So I thought I would share with you the cutest non-christmas film that I just saw yesterday!
The story of Hachi.
Hachi: A Dog’s Tale.
This film has been on my list to watch since the beginning of this year, when I first met a Japanese Akita called Ares.
Based on the original true story of a Japanese akita named Hachiko whose loyalty has transcended time, it is an adorable story. You will literally weep throughout it. I like it because you get to see so many of the traits that I adore in the breed. A very cute family film!
I really can’t express how much I loved it and how much I recommend it!
