Fitness: My first Vlog and a special invite!

I honestly can't believe I've just gone and filmed my first proper weightloss vlog! I am actually kind of proud of myself?!

So this week was the first week in a new regime for me and I decided to make a little vlog explaining it all...

Monday was a weird but brilliant start to the week!

I have been stuck at 214-217lbs for weeks now and to be honest it's been dampening my spirit.

This week however, things are starting to change. I saw 212.5lbs for the first time in a very long time and it made me so happy. It kicked off my week with a lot of motivation!

Despite a sore knee, (I'm not entirely sure what I have done to it but I am resting and icing it as much as I can in the hope it doesn't become a full blown nuisance!)

So Monday, I ran 5 miles for the first time in over a year. Admittedly it was slow and on the x-trainer but I still did it. I got into the gym and was incredibly nervous for some reason. When i got on the x-trainer I didn't expect myself to last more than 15 minutes maybe 30 if I pushed myself, as that's all I've ever done in the past.

I'm making a real push now with my weightloss and focusing on looking after myself healthwise. I finally had that hospital appointment and my skin is getting much better treatment.

I also have a very exciting blog opportunity coming up next month- I'm going to the races! So I have to dress formally which I'm terrified of! But I have found such a gorgeous dress that I can't wait to wear and it has really spurred me on with my weightloss focus.

The dress fits already, but it could fit better- so for the next month, I am going to be focusing on my diet with a special focus on feeling comfortable in that dress! It's all about the short term goals.
